How far in advance should I book your services?
You can begin by contacting us through our website’s Contact Page. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your event needs and how we can assist you.
For smaller events 25-50 people, we would recommend a three month time frame to efficiently execute your event. For larger events, 50-100 and beyond, we would recommend 6-9 months in advance depending on the complexity of the event
Do I have to have a concrete budget when planning a party?
We always recommend having a budget in mind when planning your event. It can be a loose framework but should ideally have parameters that a planner can stay within to best execute your event. It will also help prioritize which areas of your event you would like to spend the most on and which areas of the event are less important to you.
